the front inch or so of a M1918a2 manufactured by Royal Typewriter.  This is an early receiver as it has the Patent Applied For stamp. 

Receiver is torch cut, with 2 saw cuts to releive the tension on the barrel.  Thoruoly destroyed, good for a paper weight?
